A Denver native, Alex moved to the Houston area in 1996, after completing his service to the United States Army. Alex studied for an associates’ degree in criminal justice, to learn to serve the needs of his community.

Honesty is a core value that Alex lives by. He says, the most unbelievable stories are those of people who were honest to themselves, and to others, even if it means humbling yourself.

What sets Alex apart from the industry?

For decades when you looked at a realtor, or thought about buying or selling your home you thought about a person dressed in really nice clothes, driving a really nice car just moving through the motions. Well, I’m a real person, who honestly wants to help you buy or sell a property. Why? Because buying or selling a property isn’t the same for everyone, or every property. Your situation may need to more care than others, or the home you want to buy may have issues that need to be overcome in ways that someone just going through the motions can’t accomplish.

Real estate for me isn’t the process of purchasing or selling property. It’s not landlord tenant relationships, its people. It’s people relationships. Whether I’m marketing your property, or helping you sell your property I’m concerned with people, not just how something looks. I’m more concerned with who and what is the best option for my client as opposed to what is the easier way to accomplish my client’s goals. These two focuses are in entirely different.

Aiming for the easiest way to buy and sell properties means that we all settle on things that we may or may not like, or want just to accomplish a goal that may otherwise be accomplished with a little more insight, another question answered or a little more time.

I concern myself and have focused my business on helping achieve their goals. That means that I’ve looked at what my clients’ wanted, and we research, learn and go after the properties my clients want, and sometimes its not the easiest path.

Another thing that sets me apart from the industry is that I listen. Most negotiations have, in my experience been solved by listening to what someone has said, compared it to the facts of the situation, and implemented a course of action that was both agreeable and pragmatic. This takes time and focus.

It’s my hope that together we can achieve your goals and help bring you one step closer to reaching your dreams. Below you’re going to see two files, one is for Buyers and the other one is for Sellers. This is what I do for you, not what I plan on doing, and not what I hope to achieve.
